The 133 Shree Baba Harballabh Sangeet Samelan at Devi Talab, Jalandhar City ,Punjab is scheduled to be held from 25 Dec 2008 to 29 Dec 2008. A special feature of this year’s programme is the arrangement SPIC MACAY has made with the organisers to dovetail the Sammeln with a National Intensive for School and College Students .Some of the most eminent musicians of the country like Janab Wasifuddin Dagar, Pandit Ronu Majumdar, Pandit Kadiri Gopal, Ritesh and Rajnish Mishra, Pandit Ajoy Chakrvarty , Pandit Satish Vyas are some of the artists who will give live performances each night.

Tentative schedule of Intensive
24 December 2008	Arrival check in by mid day .Lunch 12.30 to 1.30
24 December 2008	2.00 to 4.00 Introduction , orientation session 5 to 6.30 Yoga 6.30 to 7.30 short talk about MidnightMass Dinner at 7.30 PM followed by rest. The students will be taken at 11.30 PM to attend Midnight Mass
25 Dec 08	B/F 8 am,Shramdan 9 to 10 AM, 10 to 11.30 Talk by eminent Guru.11.30 to 12.30 free time ,12.30 to 1.30 Lunch, 2 to 4 Interactive session, 4 to 5.30 Yoga classes. Dinner followed by music concerts
26 Dec 08 to 28 Dec	Same schedule as above excepting there will be no activity in the forenoon which will be utilized for sleep/rest by the students
29 Dec 2008	All students will leave by noon

The National Intensive will enable SPIC MACAY to send students selected from all over India to participate in the Sammelan and Intensive. About 250 students are expected to attend the programme. For school students a few teachers can be permitted as accompanying delegates. You may kindly send a few names of students whom you consider will be inspired by this experience so that we may consider their selection to participate in the Sangeeth Sammelan and National Intensive Please submit the bio data of selected students alongwith one page write up urgently to us.
