    JOB DESCRIPTIONS

    Role Administration & Logistics
    Role Objectives
    1. Maintain and update operational records and databases like artists, coordinators, volunteers, vendors etc.
    2. Build and maintain relationship with different logistical stakeholders (like hotels, airlines, etc.)
    3. Support State Coordinators in relationship management with the above stakeholders.
    4. Logistics management collaboration for the artists with the Artist Relationship person and Central coordinator
    5. Office maintenance, internet, telephones, electricity, etc.
    6. Buying and purchasing items (a list will be prepared for clarity)
    Core requirements

    2. Experience in admn, organizing, etc.

    1. Stress manager
    2. Patient
    3. Politeness and Respect for all
    Skills
    1. High level of Relationship management skills
    2. High level of communication skills (verbal / telephonic)
    3. Medium level of computer skills
    4. Negotiations skills
    5. Multi tasking skills
    Knowledge
    1. Build knowledge of approved vendors, service providers, buying systems, protocols etc.
    Role Fund Raising
    Role Objectives
    1. Key Stakeholders : Sponsors
    2. Generate funds, donations, grants etc. from different segments like government bodies, PSUs, Corporate sector etc.
    3. Build and enhance relationship between the sponsors and SPIC MACAY
    4. Support various coordinators in relationship management with the sponsors and funding bodies in respective states
    5. Ensure that the core values and protocols of SPIC MACAY are not compromised while generating the funds.
    Core requirements
    1. Ethical and Sincere
    2. Experience in NGOs or fund raising function
    3. Smart, Presentable, perseverance (but not too aggressive)

    1. Stress managment

    3. Politeness and Respect for all
    4. Win-Win functioning
    5. Frustration management
    6. “Not Giving up” easily temperament
    Skills
    1. High level of Relationship management skills

    Knowledge
    1. Build knowledge of present sponsors, target segments of sponsors, systems, protocols etc.
    Role Out Reaching
    Role Objectives
    1. Key Stakeholders : Media, Branding agencies, Advertising agencies
    2. Create “Pull” in terms of branding, image, visibility in order to support Fund Raiser to leverage SPIC MACAY credibility and image
    3. Build and enhance relationship between the visibility stakeholders and SPIC MACAY
    4. Ensure that the core values and protocols of SPIC MACAY are not compromised while generating the funds.

    2. Experience in brand building and enhancing values driven credibility
    3. Smart, Presentable, Sharp thinker and analytical
