-A review of the existing centers, sub chapters and chapters.

- Identifying new centres and sub-chapters

-Report on the programmes in the state.

- Financial status and accounts

2.30 pm to 3.30 pm  : LEC DEM / FEST planning and finalisation

3.30 pm to 4.30 pm : Chapterwise Reports / Screening of Anubhuti / Distribution of SPIC MACAY material (EYE logos, brochures, Anubhuti, etc)

4.30 pm to 5.00 pm : Tea / Media Talk

5.00 pm to 6.30 pm : Orientation by Dr. Kiran Seth to Institutional Heads, which includes VC -  OsmaniaUniversity,

VC- University of Hyderabad,

VC – EFLU, VC – Telugu University, Dean – ISB, Director – ICFAI, Principals and Faculties of several schools and colleges.

6.30 pm to 8.00 pm        : Smt Ashwini Bhide Deshpande(Vocal)

11.00 am : Harikatha (story-telling in Telugu)

11.30 am to 1.00 pm : - Discussion on the revival of dying chapters / Initiating new centres

- Upgrading centres to chapters / Coordination between Chapters, sub chapters, centres, central state coordinators,

- Planning for state level programmes

- State level fund raising

- Identification of local artist for baithaks, workshops, talks, etc.

2.00 pm to 2.30 pm : - Scope for Music in the Park programmes / How to conduct them

- Importance of other wings of SPIC MACAY, viz. SPIC MACAY Foundation, Friends of SPIC MACAY, etc.

Announcement of the next State Convention
